KIOSK Time Is Not Syncing
PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Manager PIN for kiosk
SYSTEMS REQUIRED: Grubbrr Portal
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: None
INFORMATION: A store is reporting the KIOSK takes over an hour after store has opened to stop saying store is closed.
STEPS:
This is something that can be resolved on the kiosk itself by following the below steps:
1. Tap the logo 5 times
2. Enter manager PINNOTE: Each location has its own PIN. The PIN can be found by accessing the location's login credentials. Login to portal.grubbrr.com > find the location affected > hit the settings wheel in the top right corner > login credentials
3. On the kiosk, at the bottom right is a blue button that reads "refresh db" once tapped, the store will reload and open.
